Anthony Locastro is a 2026 LHP/OF with a 5-8 170 lb. frame from Venetia, PA who attends Peters Twp. Locastro has physicality present in the frame working from his primary spot off the bump from the left side, displaying an up tempo operation and full deep arm path releasing from a 3/4 slot. He effectively got into the lower half with solid push off from the backside, ultimately topping out at 77 mph. He flashed developing feel for spin in the arsenal with a CB at 1805 rpm and mixed pitches well. In the OF, Locastro showcased an exaggerated crow hop and successfully got on top of throws, working downhill with clean glove work also present. At the plate, he worked from the righty box starting from a wider even stance with a high hand set and high back elbow. Locastro kept the weight back well enough with intent to get the barrel out in front and generate contact to all parts of the field. Posted an exit velo of 80 mph. Ran a 8.60 sixty yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
