2021 13U March Northern CA Workout Camp Sunday
Ace Perry is a 2026 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-4 120 lb. frame from Woodland Hills, CA. Young and lean frame with plenty of time to mature physically. Primary shortstop, shows some lower half quickness and hands that work well to either side of his body; gathers the ball cleanly and releases on time and in sync with his lower half. Also worked out in the outfield, funnels the ball off to the side of his body and slows his momentum some with developing arm strength. Pitches as well, has short and deliberate movements through his delivery, generates some sink to the fastball and shows an ability to turn over a changeup and is developing command of a big breaking ball. Right-handed hitter, sets up wide and works the barrel out front with a contact approach; is able to adjust some but will improve with added control of the barrel from strength additions.
