Laird Williams is a 2026 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Edmond, OK who attends Edmond Memorial. Extra big and strong build with long arms. Works from the stretch with a rotational delivery with a short on line stride out front, compact 3/4's arm action. Fastball topped out at 71 mph, gets some cutting action on it at times. Had confidence in a slow curveball that he landed for strikes frequently, also turned over a couple of firm change ups. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with his hands tucked in tight to start his swing, short and compact swing with a line drive swing plane, mostly pull side approach, trying to stay short to the ball but needs to use his length and leverage to create bat speed. 9.72 runner in the sixty, primary first baseman on defense when not on the mound. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
