Jackie Hutchins is a 2027 SS/OF with a 5-2 85 lb. frame from Jacksonville, AR who attends Vilonia. Hutchins ran a 9.00 sixty yard dash. He has a small young build with a ton of more room to grow and strength to fill going forward. Primary infielder he showed very good actions. He plays low with the glove and attacks the ball catching in cleanly with plenty of aggressiveness. Jackie showed good lateral range with clean footwork. The throws were very accurate with the arm strength is still in development. Right handed hitter starts with a short even base with a slight hanging leg lift. The hands start high staying up at the load. He shows a nice even plane through the zone as he drove line drives to all fields. Hutchins has very good actions and will be an interesting follow in the future. He is an excellent student.
