2022 Mid-Atlantic Indoor Showcase (Saturday)
Ethan Mitnick is a 2024 SS/2B, OF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Linwood, NJ who attends Mainland Reg. Recorded a 6.97 second sixty-yard dash time. Medium, compact frame with some quick twitch and room to add strength as he matures. Primary middle-infielder with quickness to his footwork and tons of lateral range. Displayed clean funnel out in front, smooth and easy exchanges into release, and the ability to change arm slots when necessary. Recorded arm strength up to 84 mph across the diamond. Secondary outfielder with aggressive actions into the fielding process, a clean gather off his front foot and smooth transitions. Stays behind the baseball well, carrying plenty of momentum into release and recorded arm strength up to 87 mph during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a crouched, even stance with a tight hand set, high back elbow and toe-tap trigger. Compact line drive stroke with plenty of present bat speed and advanced bat-to-ball skills. Fundamentally sound prospect with a ton of quick twitch athleticism, offensive prowess and plenty of upside remaining. Excellent Student. Named to the 2022 Perfect Game Mid-Atlantic Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
