Branton White is a 2028 C/RHP/1B with a 5-6 125 lb. frame from Greeneville, TN who attends Greeneville. Young athlete with emerging frame and plenty of space to add more size and strength in the coming years. Ran the 60 yard dash in 8.96 seconds. Primary position C, sitting in deeply behind the dish with an offset start. Gaining ground pretty well with direct footwork and nice midline transfer to throw. Compact arm action to accurate feeds up to 63 mph and a pop time best 2.32 seconds. Secondary RHP, using a side step to high leg lift over the rubber. Same compact arm action here that works well for him. Athletic operation with a bunch of strikes and FB up to 70 mph with flashes of runs and sink. Can spin the ball naturally with upper level spin traits of 2,400+ rpms on low-60s CB. RHH starting even with wrapped barrel and small toe tap trigger to get moving. Longer path to the ball and will impact ball with more power over time. Two way potential with a lot to look forward to.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
