Joshua Cook is a 2027 OF/C/MIF with a 5-7 115 lb. frame from Lansing, KS who attends Lansing High 9-12. Medium frame with a young, lean build. Ran an 8.49 second 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, works hard up to the ball, good bit of quickness to the actions as a whole, fields it off the glove side and carries momentum to cut down ground, high release and some arm strength/carry on throws. Right-handed hitter, in line base and slightly wider setup, tight hand start and loads hard, longer uphill path through the zone, working hard to lift and struggling to maintain plane at times, will improve control of the barrel through impact with added strength.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
