David Garcia is a 2022 RHP/3B with a 5-11 205 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends. Posted a 7.65 in the 60. Primary RHP, was up to 79 mixing a solid breaking ball with depth. Operation was under control showing good sync in the delivery getting downhill online. Difficult to time, slight deceptive crossfire action that the ball well. Well developed pitching mechanics overall, pieces to project on with added quickness. His infield actions are playable, he ranges fine and shows feel for the glove and ability to make plays while the arm action is a bit longer as well. RIght-handed hitter, was upper half dominant finding the barrel for some contact. Arm bar swing, limited connection with the lower half. Good student.
