Myles Benitez is a 2027 3B/1B, OF with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Stony Point, NY who attends St. Joseph Regional. Compact, durable frame with plenty of time and room to add strength. Recorded a 7.86 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary third baseman with a developing defensive skill set. Showed reactionary movements to range laterally from side-to-side, fields cleanly out in-front and recorded arm strength up to 74 mph across the diamond during drills. Secondary first baseman with similar footwork, agility and arm strength. Fields slightly deep, makes turns using deliberate pace and delivered accurate throws up to 71 mph during drills. Left-handed hitter that hits from a narrow, slightly open stance with a high, tight hand set and inward hover trigger. Middle-of-the field approach with some leverage when on-time and in-sync. Flashed some pullside power potential when he he gets the barrel to the front, will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Tons of physical projection remaining. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
