Michael Phelps Iii is a 2026 C/3B with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from North Andover, MA who attends North Andover. Well-proportioned frame with a high waist, square shoulders and plenty of time to physically mature. Recorded a 8.77 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary catcher that received from a high, side-saddled stance with two hands and fairly direct mid-line transfer. Works uphill out of the crouch into an elongated arm circle. Produced online, accurate throws to the bag and recorded arm strength up to 67 mph from behind the plate during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from an upright, even base with a tight hand set, high back elbow and small leg lift trigger. Intent based swing with rotational lower half mechanics and deep arm bar loading mechanism into launch. Developing bat-to-ball skills with plenty of upside. Produced loud impact when on-time and in-sync, will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Good Student.
