Asa Brown is a 2024 C/OF with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Powder Springs, GA who attends Harrison. Medium frame with slender build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.49 seconds. Hits from balanced and even stance with toe-tap trigger, multi-part swing with downhill path, mostly groundball contact, whole-field approach that can work oppo. Primary catcher, high set, rising into reception, two-part arm stroke with tangled release, clocked up to 70 mph on throws. Also took outfield reps, longer strides, fields deep off to side, developing arm strength. Very good student.
