Casey McCoy is a 2025 SS/RHP with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Prarieville, LA who attends Dutchtown. Slender young athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow stance with limited lower half shift into contact, has a short and direct swing and showed nice hand strength and barrel accuracy in squaring up the baseball multiple times, has a feel for hitting and should continue to improve with physical strength and maturity. 7.68 runner in the sixty. Two-handed fielder in the middle infield who plays under control and has active feet, compact arm action with a quick exchange on his throws, solid fundamental actions to build off of. Also pitched, has a simple and quick delivery and stays in line well to the plate, high 3/4's arm slot. Threw strikes with a fastball up to 72 mph in a quick and efficient inning.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
