Ben Brannen is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Eatonton, GA who attends Gatewood. A taller frame with a lean build. Ran a 6.92 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder who fields the ball off to the side with choppy footwork working into it. He showed developing arm strength and let throws go at 82 mph from the outfield. He used a crow-hop to work into throws and kept things accurate around the bag during his round. He had a feel for the footwork and was fluid through the round. He's a right-handed hitter with a wider base. He has high-set hands and a high-back elbow. He was able to turn it over fine and worked to the pull side with some hard-hit grounders. Showed a pretty athletic operation in the batter's box overall. He added a total of 3 hits during games. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
