Alexander Clark is a 2024 OF/LHP, 1B with a 5-10 157 lb. frame from Glencoe, IL who attends New Trier Township. Recorded a 7.70 second sixty yard dash time. Lean and athletic build with room to fill. Primary outfielder with good twitch and athleticism to his actions, fields the ball out front and comes through it well. Moves with smoothness and fluidity, can pick it well with the glove, shows an easy arm stroke with speed and strength. Good feel for the position. Secondary left-handed pitcher with a medium length arm action, shows normal flex and decent arm speed, comes from a three-quarters slot. Falls off towards his right and lands on the third base side of the mound, front side will fly open at times. Will improve command as he finds his release point consistently and stays directional with his body. Flashed a changeup and a curveball with 12-6 shape and good sink, will cut the curveball occasionally. Left-handed hitter with an even base and a hanging leg lift trigger. Coils back and loads well, showed present twitch in the swing. Gets the barrel out front with bat speed on a flat bat path, produced hard-hit liners up the middle consistently. Good barrel control, solid tools with good projection moving forward. Good student. Named to the 2022 Chicago Indoor Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
