Micah Truman is a 2021 OF/RHP, SS with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Stafford, VA who attends Mountain View. Large frame with a strong lower half. Ran a 6.97 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, low effort with a breakdown at gather, full arm action throws, accurate with throws up to 82 mph from the outfield in drills. Secondary right-handed pitcher, starts his delivery with a side step up to a high leg lift, deliberate tempo with a long arm action and high 3/4 arm slot that he will vary at times, fastball topped out at 82 mph and will flash life from his lower arm slot, 12-6 curveball flashed that he tunnels well, goes to his changeup most often with deception to it and firm action. Right-handed hitter, narrow base and a high hand set in the box, toe taps for timing, lets the baseball travel and works to the opposite field with his best contact, long finish and a line drive approach. Great student.
