Joseph Palomarez is a 2027 2B/RHP, 3B with a 5-2 115 lb. frame from Pearland, TX who attends Pearland High School. Compact, wiry build. Ran a 8.15 in the sixty. Showed well in both outfield and infield drills. Good fundamentals and clean process. Footwork on dirt and grass showed, solid first step. Can range on the dirt and charge in the outfield with accurate, on-line throws from both spots. Also pitched, rocker steps into a steeper high three-quarter slot. Solid intent to the arm, fastball and slider worked very well and mixed. Right-handed hitter, even stance and open base with high hand set. Gets the barrel to it consistently and works it to all fields. More power in store as he develops lower half.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
