John Lewis is a 2022 OF/LHP with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Macon, GA who attends Academy for Classical Education. Medium athletic build with some present strength and room for more. 7.57 runner in the sixty. Has good actions through the ball in the outfield, stays balanced and directional throwing and makes accurate on line throws. Left handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a barrel wrap load, has some rhythm in his timing and showed an accurate barrel, plenty of upper half rotational and torque, showed some strength when pulling and good balance and execution when shooting the ball to the opposite field. Also pitched, side step delivery with an upper body rotational delivery, has some arm whip from an extended 3/4's arm slot. Filled up the strike zone with a mid-70's fastball with good sinking life. Good student.
