Zekiel Lopez is a 2027 C/OF with a 5-4 140 lb. frame from Casa Grande, AZ who attends Vista Grande. Posted a 7.76 in the 60. Primary C is a young build with development to project on. His backstop actions show good progress and should smoothly advance down the line. Playable effectiveness for the class showing strong fundamentals and quick lower half repeating placement. Showed feel to receive with a soft transfer and quick enough release. His throws are mostly accurate and creates good direction, he should continue to refine with maturity behind the plate. Right-handed hitter flashed feel for the barrel and bat to ball skill. He carries best middle to pull side showing off some impact potential to fill into. Plenty more to engage in the swing with strength to add to his moving parts heading in the right direction. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
