2023 Jupiter Qualifier Workout Showcase
Eduardo Zayas is a 2023 OF/3B, SS with a 5-10 168 lb. frame from Cidra, PR who attends Bilingual Education School at Cidra. Recorded a 7.16 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with a slender build and room for physical projection. Primary outfielder with deliberate actions and some flare to the glove hand. Over the top arm slot with one hop accuracy and some carry out of the hand on throws up to 78 mph. Right-handed hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and a shorter swing path. Gets the weight out front aggressively and early. Best contact came to the pull side. Will improve by staying connected longer through contact. Tremendous student.
