Frank Navarro is a 2022 2B/3B with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Maunabo, PR who attends Alfonso Casta Martínez. Ran a 7.29 60-yard dash. Primary infielder with a physical frame. Works to the ball well and showed a short release. Showed an accurate arm across the diamond. RIght-handed hitter and starts with a wide base and even feet. Good whip to the swing with plenty of strength and bat speed. Displayed low effort, easy power to the pull side gap and the middle of the field. Stayed under control and got into the lower-half well. Consistent round with lots of barrels to the middle and gaps. Tremendous student.
