CJ Tedesco is a 2026 2B/3B, SS with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Montville, NJ who attends Montville. Smaller, slender build with a high waist, some quick twitch room to physically mature. Primary infielder with a developing defensive skill set. Incorporates deliberate footwork into the fielding process, showed some lateral range from side-to-side and has a quick release. Showed ability to change arm angles when necessary and recorded arm strength up to 70 mph across the diamond during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a slightly open stance with tight hands and hover trigger for timing. Compact stroke with the propensity to find the barrel and some present hand speed. Middle-of-the field approach with consistent bat-to-ball skills and line drive impact. Fundamentally sound skill set with some offensive prowess, will continue to improve with proper mechanical adjustments and additional strength. Excellent Student.
