Josiah Patrick is a 2026 OF/2B/IF with a 5-9 138 lb. frame from Hampton, GA who attends Jonesboro. Medium, lean build with square shoulders and some present strength to build, additional room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.01 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, shorter steps on the approach, fields the ball out front, lower slot on throws with carry that will continue to develop, extra step moving into crow hop and comes through the ball. Moves well in the infield, shorter arm action through the back, hands play well out front and shows some funnel skills. Right-handed hitter, begins with an open and spread stance and a high hand set and back elbow in the box. Utilizes a double toe tap trigger and incorporates physical strength to him. Hand speed stands out in swing and shows consistent quickness, hard line drive contact to all fields, keeps hands tight, occasionally uphill, has offensive tools to build upon. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
