Jose Sanchez is a 2022 3B/ with a 5-7 180 lb. frame from Dorado, PR who attends Jose Santos Alegria. Recorded a 6.95 second 60-yard dash time. Shorter frame with good physicality throughout the build. Primary third baseman with a higher arm slot and shorter arm action. Moves well to either side with quick feet and stays low to the ground. Good body control and throws well on the run with throws recorded up to 78 mph across the diamond. Secondary right-handed pitcher who works exclusively out of the stretch. Works the outer half of the zone nicely with a big leg lift up to the chest. Lands online toward the plate and flashed a curveball he could land for a strike. Right-handed hitter with an even and upright stance. High hand set, high back elbow, and an accurate barrel head. Upper half dominant swing path with good strength when squared up. Good student.
