2022 WWBA West Workout Showcase (July 8)
Bryan Lorenz is a 2024 1B/3B with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Peoria, AZ who attends Northwest Christian. Tall, slender build with some strength and present size to his upper half. Primary infielder, receives well and showed good hands through hops. Showed lateral range both ways with solid arm accuracy. Looks in control with his actions, hands and feet are in-sync throughout. Whippier slot on a line. Secondary first baseman, throws it well on the move. Arm profiles on the dirt and showed out in drills. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance with a high hand set. Gets on top of it with strong hands that get on plane. Shows some bat speed and produces backspin to all fields. Power plays in game and looks to lift in the path. Solid offensive profile with some projection left in the frame. Excellent student. Named to the WWBA West Workout Top Prospect List.
