Grant Ryan is a 2023 SS/2B, 3B with a 5-8 165 lb. frame from Blair, NE who attends Roncalli Catholic. Recorded a 7.18 sixty yard dash at the event. Smaller, athletic looking frame. Primary infielder, moves well laterally on the infield. Funnels through the middle of his body. Has an accurate arm, with solid carry on his throws to the target. Good feel for what it is suppose to look like. Some nice upside here. Hits from the right side of the plate. Starts with a square stance and wider base in the box. Uses a toe tap timer to stay on time. Has some snap in the barrel, using line drive contact. Mostly middle to opposite field contact. Great Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
