Vincent Pannutti is a 2026 C/RHP/1B with a 5-9 180 lb. frame from Pilot Mountain, NC who attends East Surry High School. Medium current frame with excellent muscular development and explosive athleticism to his actions. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.62 seconds. Primary position C, exuding energy and aggression behind the plate. Working from a solid, straight setup and displaying excellent flexibility as he sat in deeply behind the plate. Lateral mobility is there and he displayed solid glove work, earning strikes for his pitchers. Emerging throwing mechanics and arm strength generating throws up to 66 mph with a pop time best of 2.30 seconds. RHH starting with a lower hand set and working the inside of the ball with regularity. Bat speed is present and showed some lofted power to the pull side gap late in his BP round. Performed at a much higher level in game than he did in the workout portion. Catching skill set really showed live and smoked a pair of doubles through the oppo gap in game. Outstanding student and has the look of an offensive catcher longterm.
