Tyler Ryan is a 2027 OF/RHP/SS with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Malvern, PA who attends Malvern Preparatory. Ryan has present athleticism to his game with additional room to add strength and fill out in the future. As a primary OF, Ryan displayed active footwork and successfully created downhill momentum through release up to 82 mph. He controlled the body movements well and produced accurate throws consistently on the bag. On the mound he started from the middle of the rubber with a coiled belt high leg lift, displaying a deep arm path to touch 80 mph. He generated swing and miss, flashing a breaker at 2084 rpm in the arsenal. Offensively, the righty utilized a toe tap trigger with compact hand speed through the zone to produce loud impact to the middle of the field. He incorporated the lower half well with evident hip torque, posting an exit velo of 80 mph. Ran a 7.39 sixty yard dash. Named to Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
