Cruz Luna is a 2026 C/RHP, MIF, OF with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Crownsville, MD who attends Archbishop Spalding. Medium, athletic frame with broadness to shoulders and present physical strength proportioned throughout frame. Ran a 7.17 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, receives the ball out front, gains ground with footwork coming out of crouch, compact arm action and repeats mechanics well, on top of throws well and showed it off throughout live action with solid carry to the intended base. Shorter steps moving towards the ball in the outfield, fields the ball to side and works to a higher slot at release, quickness to arm, true carry out of hand and shows accuracy on throws to the bag. Left-handed hitter, begins with a high hand set and back elbow at the plate; utilizes a quick leg lift trigger and can refine lower half moving into contact. Quick hands and whips the barrel through the zone, ball explodes off of the barrel to all fields and showed it in live action too; line drive contact and will continue to unlock even more strength moving forward. Named to 14u Mid-Atlantic Top Prospect List.
