Westin Thompson is a 2025 SS/RHP, OF with a 6-1 166 lb. frame from Roanoke, TX who attends Byron Nelson. Medium frame, athletic build. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.12 seconds. Primary middle infielder, has a good feel for the position, moves well laterally had good hands with a quick transfer and release and if comfortable throwing from different arm slots. Also worked out in the outfield, showed his athleticism, had good range and reactions, has a whippy arm action with firm accurate throws. Also pitched, throws from a high three-quarter arm slot, works quickly and attacked hitters. Fastball topped out at 82 MPH and has arm side run. At the plate, has a gentle level swing, contact hitter but also squared some balls up.
