Micah Irving is a 2025 RHP/C/3B with a 5-10 169 lb. frame from Charlotte, NC who attends Vance. Strong young build with plenty of room and time to get stronger. Primary right handed pitcher, works from a full wind up with a belt high leg raise, works down the mound well with good extension out front, 3/4's arm slot, tends to get open early with his front side. Upper 60's fastball, works down in the zone well, fastball was mostly straight. Short breaking slider with cutter type movement. Solid mechanics, will continue to improve with repetitions and physical maturity. Right handed hitter, hits with a closed front shoulder start and a busy barrel load, has some strength driven bat speed and can impact the ball, has the potential for some power in the future. 7.75 runner in the sixty. Worked out in the infield when not on the mound, step by step fielding mechanics with a long and loose arm, made accurate soft throws. Power is his best present tool.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
