Valentine Lopez III is a 2025 3B/RHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Orange, CA who attends Servite. Medium to Large frame with a sturdy build showing some physical strength. Ran a 8.04 second sixty yard dash. Primary Third Baseman, worked with some feel around the baseball as he gathered it up with confidence. Made sure of a clean transfer with extra steps before showing a strong arm, throwing it 79 mph across the diamond. Feel for the position showing and will make big strides with some fundamental clean-up's in time. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, working exclusively from the stretch. Higher leg lift before flashing a compact arm circle in the back before releasing from a high three-quarter slot. Does a good job staying online to target and works downhill. Fastball up to 79 mph and mixed in a breaking ball showing 12-to-6 movements. Missed barrels and filled up the strike zone early. Secondary Outfielder, sitting back on the baseball before scooping it up. Carries weight well into throws as he showed off some arm strength. Thew it 81 mph during drills with accuracy to the bag. RIght-Handed Hitter, starting spread out with high hands. Works into a double toe tap to stride before showing a linear swing path. Strong hands generating bat speed as he proved he could impact out front. Good Student. Named to 14u East Top Prospect List.
