Jacob Anderson is a 2022 RHP/3B, IF, OF with a 6-3 225 lb. frame from Scottsdale, AZ who attends Horizon. Features a strong build, especially in the lower half. Primary right-handed pitcher. Utilizes a tall and fall delivery with low effort throughout. Overhead arm slot hides the ball well during arm swing. The fastball topped at 89 mph with ride through the zone. Has the ability to move it to all four quadrants. Paired it with an upper-70’s changeup with fading action. Primary offspeed pitch. Creates solid arm speed deception. Showed a low-70’s curveball with hard, downward break. Missed bats with all three offerings. Has a starting pitcher profile at the next level. Also worked out on the infield. Moves fairly well in both directions. Fair glove actions work through hops well. Utilizes an even stance in the box with hands shoulder high. Uses a short stride and slight hand hitch timing mechanism. Level bat path with pullside approach. Produces a fair amount of pullside power when the barrel gets out front. Ran a 7.72 60-yard. Very good student, as well.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
