William Hess is a 2024 3B/RHP, 2B, SS with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Hartland, WI who attends Arrowhead. Recorded a 7.24 sixty yard dash at the event. Bigger frame with sturdy strength to his build. Primary infielder. Solid footwork working towards the ball. Stabs at the backhand play. Shows ability to throw from multiple arm slots. Good infield actions, just a slower first step. Projects best at 3B. Secondary right-handed pitcher. Throws from a lower 3/4 arm slot. Longer arm action with some crossbody firing actions. Lands online down the mound. Control of his pitches around the plate. CB has depth and 12/6 shape. CB showed the most promise as a quality pitch at the next level. FB played mostly straight at 80-83, topping at 84 mph. Right handed hitter. Wide base in the box. High hands and back elbow. Good bat speed. Strength in the barrel. Feel for the bat. Big pop to the middle of the field.
