Brett Kutner is a 2025 1B/OF with a 6-4 195 lb. frame from Raleigh, NC who attends Leesville Road. Tall, lean frame with a lot of room to add strength. Left-handed hitter with a spread stance and a high back elbow. Long, loose swing with good extension. Good bat speed through the zone with big power projection. Primary first baseman with deliberate actions around the bag. Footwork was solid around the bag, turned glove side on throws, throws were a little erratic but had carry across. Throws up to 77 mph. Secondary outfielder, waits back on grounders, one hand gather on the side, long exchange and arm swing, ball comes out of the hand well with true flight. Showed good feel for the position. Has good projection in all phases. 7.83 runner in the sixty-yard dash. Great Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
