Jacob Stavrakis is a 2025 3B/RHP with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Bridgeport, WV who attends Bridgeport High School, WV. Medium, physical frame with square shoulders and strength proportioned throughout, additional room to fill moving forward. Ran a 7.42 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, direct footwork moving towards the ball, gets into a consistent fielding position and works low behind the ball, deliberate tempo to transfer, shows accuracy on throws across the diamond and showed ability to change slot. Also pitched, simple side step into delivery, higher leg lift just up past belt and gets tall on backside with slight hip turn; fuller arm action through the backside. Lands on line coming down the mound, shows some present arm speed and able to generate short sink on fastball up to 80 mph, induced ground ball contact. Consistently on top of the baseball, some angle to glove side, flashed short tumble on changeup up to 72 mph. Right-handed hitter, begins with a spread stance and weight stacked on backside, high hand set and back elbow at the plate. Limited shift moving into contact, rotational swing and handsy stroke with comfort working to the pull side. Creates some lift at the point of contact, best working on a linear plane. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
