Christopher Montell is a 2024 3B/RHP, 2B, SS, OF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Palos Park, IL who attends Marist. Medium frame with a strong lower half. Ran a 7.73 second 60 yard dash. Primary third baseman, worked out in the infield with some lateral footwork to his actions, loads up into his throws with developing arm strength. Secondary right-handed pitcher, long arm action delivery, gets on top of pitches and shows a two pitch combination, fastball topped out at 75 mph with occasional cutting action, curveball with developing spin, extension out in front plays up. Right-handed hitter, sets up at the plate with an even base stance, short stride into contact, leverages at times, middle of the field approach. Great student.
