Tyrone Leach is a 2026 3B/OF with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Fort Washington, MD who attends Bishop Mcnamara. Lean projectable frame as a young athlete with a tremendous amount of time to add more strength. Primary position OF, with deliberate actions to the ball showing some feel for angles and plays in the outfield. Works his glove off to the side as he comes through the ball, gets square to the target and builds a short inline arm path to throw. Generated velocity of 75 mph on feeds with nice accuracy. Reps on the infield as well, playing deep in his legs and presenting the glove out front. Deep funnel transfer into short appropriate arm circle showing throws up to 73 mph with some carry and accuracy. Seemed very comfortable on the clay. RHH working from an open and neutral stance with a lower handset and rhythmical bat waggle to get started. Rotational approach with a bit of a steep path to contact with emerging power. Best contact was in the middle of the field when on time and on plane. A lot to look forward to for this young athlete, who is a good student as well.

Right Handed Hitting
Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
