Davian Hammonds is a 2027 OF/RHP/MIF with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Macon, GA who attends Stratford Academy. Medium height with a slender and wiry frame that will fill out well. Ran a 7.00 in the sixty yard dash. A primary outfielder, good first step with quick feet and aggressive to the ball. Works through it and has a very good arm, 85 mph arm strength. Can play the middle as he develops. A secondary infielder, covers range to both side and showed some instincts that should help him develop well on the dirt. Also pitched and used a FB/CH mix to force contact. A right-handed hitter, quick hands and pretty direct to the ball. Stays flat through the zone and did show intent to the ball and this should develop good back spin with strength.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
