Damarcus Leggett is a 2025 1B/OF with a 6-1 210 lb. frame from Chandler, AZ who attends Arizona College Prep High School. Features a large, durable build. A primary first baseman that plays outfield as well. Leggett stood out at the plate with his ability to drive the ball into the gaps with authority and backspin. Damarcus starts in a tall, narrow stance, definite presence in the box. His natural strength allow him to get extended and out front on balls on the inner half of the plate. Used a pull approach in his BP round. There is power potential here. Defensively showed he was able to make all the required plays and throws. Showed solid footwork around the bag and made accurate DP feed. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
