Wally Briganti is a 2024 C/1B, OF with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Rye, NY who attends Arch Bishop Stepinac. He has a strong build. He ran the sixty in 7.96 seconds. A primary catcher, his best recorded pop time was 2.03 seconds and his top velocity was 71 MPH. Uses a long arm swing and works through his target nicely on his throws. At the plate, he hits out of a square stance with a bat path that has plenty of loft to it. He has aggressive intent in his swings and flashed pull side power. Also utilizes the lower half well throughout his stroke. Great student in the classroom.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
