Hunter Jones is a 2024 RHP/3B with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Ridgedale, MO who attends Hollister. Lean, projectable build. Ran the sixty in 7.93 seconds. A primary RHP who repeated his delivery well and threw out of a 3/4 arm slot. His FB topped out at 79 mph and showed late arm side run. His CB had 3/4 shape and flashed tightness and bite while his CH had fading action. In the infield he showed soft hands when fielding balls to both sides of his body and his top throw across the infield was clocked at 80 mph. At the plate he hits out of a spread out stance with a high back elbow setup. Has a flat bat path through the zone and showed advanced feel for the barrel. Did a nice job of using his lower half throughout his stroke and flashed pull side juice. He's also a great student in the classroom.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
