Vito Mannino is a 2025 SS/IF with a 6-1 173 lb. frame from Bellmore, NY who attends St. Anthony's. Lean, athletic looking frame with a high waist and plenty of room to add strength. Recorded a 7.38 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary infielder with a fundamentally sound defensive skill set. Showed lateral range to either side, a clean funnel out in-front and the ability to change arm slots when necessary. Produced accurate throws up to 79 mph across the diamond during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from an even base with a high hand set, high back elbow and hanging trigger. Whole field approach with compact, line drive stroke and strength at impact when on-time. Incorporates rotational lower half mechanics to create present bat speed, gets the barrel to impact with authority and generates good extension. Will continue to improve with some minor mechanical adjustments. Fundamentally sound prospect with some offensive prowess and physical upside. Good Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
