Jonah Weathers is a 2024 3B/RHP with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from Chicago, IL who attends Marian Catholic. Long and slender athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a very spread start with limited lower half shift into contact, upper body rotational swing, hands stay short and direct, has some uphill plane to his swing and good hand quickness, showed his ability to drive the ball well in the games, hits to all fields. 6.91 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, shows good arm strength and carry to his throws, has nice hand quickness but tends to get his glove into position late and get snatchy, plenty athletic enough to make plays on the move and throw from lower slots. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
