Gabriel Turley is a 2027 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Bellaire, TX who attends Bellaire. Medium athletic body with some present strength for his age. Left handed hitter, hits from spread bent knee stance, has an aggressive swing approach and swings hard looking to impact the ball, creates bat speed, drove some balls to the gaps with carry but also showed the ability to turn the barrel, has a feel for hitting and projects well. 7.63 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, moves well to the ball, gets over his front side well throwing from an over the top arm slot. Also played first base and his athleticism stands out at that position, moves easily and plays with energy. Took at turn on the mound, has step by step mechanics with an early lower half turn, high 3/4's arm slot, arm works pretty well out front. Threw only fastballs, topping out at 73 mph. Very good student. Named to the 13U/14U South Showcase Top Prospect List.
