Jake Sedmack is a 2027 OF/RHP/3B with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Fort Myers, FL who attends Canterbury. Medium frame with a lean, athletic build. Ran a 7.53 second 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, very athletic at the position, moves to and through the ball with good energy and intent, good momentum and fluid through receive, good arm strength into low-80s already, really projects well and stands out already. Pitches some, works from the stretch, quick and compact arm stroke, good intent to his release, up to 79 with the fastball and showed big sweeping curveball with depth. Can play some infield too, fields well and athletic on the dirt. Right-handed hitter, spread stance and simple trigger, good intent to the swing, has some strength and bat speed already, on the barrel a ton and really controls it well, translates to game action too, nice hitting tools. Named to 2022 14U Main Event Showcase Top Prospect List.
