Luke Lang is a 2025 RHP/3B with a 5-10 167 lb. frame from North Bellmore, NY who attends Wellington C Mepham. Medium build. Works from a full windup, has good tempo and balance through and repeats his mechanics well, 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 79 mph, gets good arm side running life and gets in on right handers hands frequently. Curveball was a solid second pitch with some spin and depth. Threw strikes with both pitches and had an idea how to mix and challenge hitter. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight balanced stance with a short downhill swing, barrel tends to drag through the zone, mostly mid field to opposite field contact, has some strength to his hands when hitting behind the ball. 8.39 runner who plays third base when not on the mound.
