Hadley Levi Leathers is a 2027 3B/RHP/IF with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Waco, TX who attends Axtell. Large, athletic frame with broad shoulders and long limbs, present strength proportioned throughout. Ran a 7.75 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, preps well behind the ball, deliberate footwork in actions, on top of throws across diamond, will continue to refine overall actions. Also pitched, quick look, leg raise at start with hip turn at top; compact arm action with quickness to arm, topped out at 81 mph and filled the strike zone, pitched exclusively off of fastball. Right-handed hitter, begins with a wide and even base in the box, very simple swing and does a nice job of incorporating physical strength into swing. Gets long levers extended out front at the point of contact, balanced swing with present bat speed through zone, ball jumps off of the barrel to the pull side when squared up, nice tools to project upon moving forward. Excellent student.
