Vivek Bhalla is a 2026 RHP/1B/OF with a 5-11 140 lb. frame from Friendswood, TX who attends Lutheran South Academy. Posted a 7.42 in the 60. Primary RHP was up to 78 with life and tough angle from the arm slot. Good feel to pitch through his outing, fastball ran hard on right handed hitters with good spin traits complimenting the flashes of a fading change disrupting timing and missing barrels. Aggressive in the zone with looseness in the arm projects well as he develops his craft. Also worked outfield and 1B, good athleticism on both spots with more effectiveness in his actions and awareness playing well at 1B. Right-handed hitter swings with intent and good balance. Gets extended through impact with some strength flashing to all fields. Good quick twitch with some bat speed to build on as well. Great student.
