Hunter Olson is a 2021 RHP/OF with a 5-8 162 lb. frame from Fort Dodge, IA who attends Manson Northwest Webster. Primary right-handed pitcher with a medium frame and build. Starts from the windup with a small side step to belt high leg lift. Has a shorter arm action with normal flex and developing arm speed from a three-quarter slot, working to the glove side with the fastball at 66-73mph. Has developing feel for a curveball with sweeping action and developing command of the strike zone in the low-60s. Pitches to contact well. Right-handed hitter that starts from a slightly crouched and open stance. Has a violent load and shift to contact, staying on the backside with some bat speed. Makes consistent, line drive contact.
