Marshall Carnahan is a 2022 C/ with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Lexington, SC who attends River Bluff. He ran a 7.63 second sixty. A primary catcher with a medium build. He starts with a square stance behind the plate, reaches out to receive the ball while gaining ground into his throws with a low transfer, showed a long arm action with decent carry on his throws recording a 2.13 second pop time. From the right side of the plate he starts with a coil load of the upper half and leg lift trigger, the bat path works up through the zone with the intent to lift the ball showing developing bat speed that projects to increase with added strength to the frame. Excellent student.
